No problem. We can provide a super bill for you to submit for your out of network benefits. If labs are indicated, we may be able to bill them to your insurance.

No problem. Our self-pay fee structure is straight-forward, including lab fees if needed. See below!
Fee Structure
new client visit
Whether you are coming in for preventive health (well person care) or care related to a concern other than abortion care, your visit to establish care is billed at:
$300
If you do not have Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, you can access our care with our simple fee structure.
All visits are booked for 40 minute slots except for brief return visits. Indicate your appointment needs when booking.
iud’s
Yes! We can remove & place (or replace) your IUD. IUD billed separately.
Placement: $100
Removal: $100
Removal & Replacement: $150
return visit
Once you have established care, your return visits are billed according to time.
40-minute visits: $150
20-minute visits: $75
medication abortion
Includes appointment, medication, and follow-up care. Labs (if indicated) billed separately.
